This one-day intensive will take you on a journey through the body to deepen your understanding of anatomical structure and function, and the relationship to the wider field.
Through both theory and practice, you will explore how geometry and energy flow are key to dynamically balanced health, and develop new skills for both assessment and treatment in practice.

This interactive event will involve both theory and practice. You will learn to locate and palpate various structures and tissues on your own body and explore functional anatomical principles through movement.

An introduction to geometry as it relates to the body
How geometry relates to structure and function for healthy movement
Introduction to Anatomy:
Identify key anatomical landmarks
Learn to locate and discriminate the body tissues through self-palpation

Explore the inter-relationship of bones and fascia and their crystalline properties
